Most of you have heard of Yelp. It is a social networking, user review, and local search web site. By now, your practice should be listed and claimed in the business directory.
What you may not know is that Siri, the intelligent personal assistant of the iPhone, retrieves much of her data from Yelp. Today we learned that Yelp is going to be used to power Bing Local Search.
If you are not actively asking your patients to leave you a review on Yelp, you are missing out on an important opportunity. Please incorporate Yelp into your review strategy for maximum exposure of your practice in local searches.
