David graduated with high honors from Brigham Young University with a degree in chemistry. He then received his DDS degree from the University of Minnesota in 1979, where he was elected to membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon (the National Dental Honor Society) and received the AAOMS award as the outstanding oral surgery student for his graduating class. In 1979, he opened a general dentistry practice in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In 1990 he became one of the first 40 dentists in the world to be accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and later served as its first Public Relations Chair. David’s tooth bleaching research has been quoted in cosmetic dentistry textbooks and he has been listed in several Who’s Who publications. In 1995 he launched one of the first cosmetic dentistry websites in the world. An accomplished wordsmith, he was also the founder and editor of the AACD Academy Open Forum newsletter and then spent several years as managing editor for a book publishing company where a couple of the books he edited won acclaim in leading review journals. In 2009 he founded Infinity Dental Web.
His role at the company includes direct supervision of our team of writers.
Michael Andre, originally from Austria, has a masters degree in marketing from Walker School of Business at Webster University in St. Louis. He was Vice President of the Grey Group, a global marketing agency in Dusseldorf, Germany for 13 years. There he was responsible for all the GlaxoSmithKline brands. He also worked on highly successful marketing campaigns for Dr. Best toothbrushes, Aquafresh, and Sensodyne.
In 2010, while working for Pantene beauty products, he won the Atticus Award for original published thinking in marketing for his neuromarketing research on the subconscious impact of supermodels on consumers.
He has been with Infinity Dental Web as our Senior Marketing Strategist since 2015. In 2019 his role was expanded to Managing Director. His responsibilities include directing the marketing strategy for the company, helping craft marketing strategies for our clients, and managing our creative department.
Kaycie has a bachelor’s degree in Merchandising with a minor in Marketing from the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona. Upon graduation, she worked as a buyer for Dillard’s Southwest Division and then as a buyer for PetSmart Corporate where she was also on the team that trained people on import buying and helped the company grow from 50 stores to 500.
She began working on Local Search before the term was even invented, launching our Business Listings department at Infinity Dental Web in 2012. She left IDW to work as the Director of Digital Marketing for a 43-location health care organization, and then returned to IDW as our Director of Search in 2017.
She is one of the original Google City Experts—now known as Google Local Guides, is a Google Trusted Tester, and is active on many Google forums. Based on her reputation in the industry, she has been selected to be on the Google Local Pros Forum. Her certifications include Advanced SEO Certification and Structured Data Certification from Search Engine News, Advanced Local SEO Certification also from Search Engine News, as well as Adwords Search Certification from Google and Ads Certification from Yelp.
Brian’s experience in dentistry began with working in his father’s dental office as a teenager. He also has an MBA in marketing from Ross Business School at the University of Michigan, the #2 marketing program in the country, graduating with high distinction. Since graduation, he has done brand management for a number of consumer brands for Fortune 500 companies, including Fiber One and Muir Glen by General Mills, Gliss Hair Care Products, and Maytag Appliances. He has also lectured on dental marketing strategies.
