Customized Virtual Tours on Google Maps, a friendly new feature by Google

Google has launched a new and affordable feature for small business owners called Virtual Tours. They began beta testing the new feature in 2010, and now Google has started to sell it to small business owners. Google has applied the same technology they developed for Google Earth and Google Maps for their Virtual Tour feature, which allows people to navigate with their mouse for a 360 view of an office or storefront online.
For as little as $375 up to $975 (depending on the amount of photos taken) Google will send one of their certified Google photographers to snap photos of your office or storefront. Then Google produces a personalized virtual tour for you and embeds it into your Google Places listing within just 48 hours. Once uploaded, the virtual tour can be customized and embedded the same way a Google Map is embedded within a website. This is a great feature for dentists want to show their office to their new patients. See how Dr. Kasia Lopez, an Infinity Dental Web client, uses the Google Virtual Tour feature by visiting her website at https://www.purdentalgroup.com.
