The Team, We Are a Changin’
Date: February 1, 2016Category: Author: Heather
The talent and expertise of our team has provided a solid foundation from which we can continue to cultivate an agency recognized as the leader in Internet marketing for quality-orientated dentists.
The departure of Rochelle Vande Wiele as our business manager was sad, but gave us an opportunity to make a couple of changes. We’re excited to announce one addition and a major shift in our team.
Jaren Martineau, business manager and director of search
Jaren Martineau started with us as a technical assistant and was promoted about a year and a half ago to the newly created position of Director of Search. Beginning today, he takes on the additional role of Business Manager. As the business manager, Jaren helps with account management, contract delivery, accounts payable, and project management. In his role as Director of Search, he continues to be responsible for the website performance of our clients in search engines. He has a degree in Business Administration, as well as extensive technical experience with web hosting and server administration.
Michael Skarsten, search marketing strategist
Helping Jaren now is Michael Skarsten as search marketing strategist. The creation of this position marks an increasing emphasis on search engine optimization by Infinity Dental Web.
Michael’s expertise in SEO comes from his knack for creating engaging, useful content. He has a degree in Digital Media Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. Since his graduation, he has worked at using his writing skills to create blog content for the purpose of attracting links and building online awareness for clients. Michael enjoys building brands through creative content marketing and a little technical know-how. He has a creative, competitive personality that he will now use to boost our clients.
When he’s not dealing in SERPs, ROI, and XML, you can find him on stage performing stand-up comedy. He has a small comedy troupe that performs around the Phoenix valley.
Of course, this type of restructuring rarely comes without the departure of a beloved team member—and we’re no different. Last Friday was former office manager Rochelle’s last day with our organization. We appreciate all she did during her tenure here and will miss her cheery demeanor and fondness for detail. Please contact Jaren with any business-related inquiries.

Cheers to a GREAT team 🙂
