Are Your Reviews Showing?

In today’s world, more and more people are turning to the Internet where they can read reviews and make decisions based on other individual’s experiences.  These Internet reviews are becoming critical in the selection process.

For this reason, it is of great importance to have your patient’s share their positive experiences by posting a testimonial about your practice on the Web.  Whether a request for review be included on the patient receipt, asked in person, or sent via an email follow up (with a link to review site), it should become common practice.

We are making this even easier by offering our clients the opportunity to add a review page to their Website.  This page would include links to various review sites, like Google, Bing, Yahoo, or others.   And although Google seems to rule the Internet, it is still important to diversify and try to receive reviews from at least two other sources.
