Increase Your Website Conversions with Online Reviews

Greetings from Infinity Dental Web! As summer starts, we thought it was time to give you a quick update on the latest developments in the ever-changing world of Internet marketing.

We have been performing research on reviews lately and have gained some new insights about how best to convert website visitors into patients. We surveyed new patients of several practices who found these practices on the Internet. We found that nearly 50% of them had checked the practice’s online reviews before asking for an appointment.

This is a trend that has been building over the past few years. More and more people are using online reviews to help them pick their new dentist. So, in other words, you can have a great website that leaves people very impressed, but many patients won’t call unless they can validate what they read there by finding convincing, independent online reviews.

Because of this, here at Infinity Dental Web we decided that we needed to do more to help our clients obtain positive reviews. So, for the past few months, we have been working on our new Infinity Dental Web Reviews Management Tool. A thank you to those clients who helped us beta test it and gave us feedback on how to make it the most effective.

Other companies have been offering help with reviews by setting up automated systems that solicit feedback from your patients and post their comments online. While this is helpful, there is a problem. Since these reviews are posted to the website of the company promoting the reviews, prospective patients don’t generally find them. We also didn’t like that certain companies take down the reviews if the dentist decides todiscontinue their service. We wanted a tool that would encourage Google and Yelp reviews, the ones that matter themost due to their popularity, visibility, and trustworthiness. And we wanted reviews that would remain posted permanently.

We have also learned that many of your patients need help with the mechanics of posting reviews. So our tool leads patients who have had a great experience with your practice straight to these platforms with an easy-to-follow guide that makes it easy for them to leave reviews. The result has been an average of one or two good online reviews per month for a practice using this tool.
