Dr. Meredith Esposito operates a dental practice in Arnold, MD, just outside Annapolis. Dawson trained and an AACD member, she provides complex restorative dentistry as well as sophisticated implant services and smile makeovers. She also has a part-time associate. She came to us in May, 2022, after hearing our presentation at the AACD meeting. Besides more patients, she wanted to get away from insurance dependence. She wanted to continue to bring in general family dentistry patients to keep her associate busy, but wanted more cosmetic dentistry patients and patients needing implants and other more involved procedures.

We gave her a high-end custom design with a smile gallery. We sent our video crew to her office to create a header video and videos of her explaining procedures. Her old website had a feel and a messaging of basic family dentistry from a practice that was affordable and would accept their insurance. We branded her as a quality general dentistry practice offering high-level cosmetic and implant services. Upon launching the new website, there was a quick response in attracting more discriminating patients—more cosmetic dentistry patients in particular. Within a year, the volume of new patients also increased from about 18 a month to around 30.
