Infinity Dental Web has created a virtual consult app that is easy to use and inexpensive. It is designed specifically to help bring new cosmetic dentistry patients into your practice.<\/p>\n

Many dentists already offer an in-person complimentary cosmetic consultation where the dentist takes a quick look at a smile, listens to the patient’s questions, and gives the patient an idea of what could be done to improve their smile. Instead of doing that, try offering a complimentary virtual consultation that doesn’t take up any chair time.<\/p>\n

How It Works<\/h2>\n

A pop-up box (we call it a widget) displays on your website. We recommend installing it on the home page and other pages that address cosmetic dentistry procedures. If you like, an additional page can be created that explains the app, and a link leading to that page can be placed in the main website menu and optimized to be found on search engines.<\/p>\n

When your prospective patient clicks the widget, a box will open that will ask them to give a little bit of information about themselves, any desires they have regarding their smile, and any questions. They will also be able to upload selfies, preferably one full face and one close-up smile photo. The visitor can also explain what they want to change, any relevant history, and their overall treatment goals.<\/p>\n

You will then get an email alerting you to the inquiry. You’ll respond by creating a simple video with your phone that will address their questions and provide some treatment recommendations. You’ll send the video back to the patient and invite them to schedule an in-person visit at the office to give them more specific information about their case and to hopefully schedule a comprehensive examination and begin treatment.<\/p>\n
