Dr. Rekha Reddy came to us in the spring of 2019 not needing so much an increase in the number of her new patients, but wanting to change the mix. She told us that 90% of her patients were on PPO plans, and she wanted to transition off of insurance dependence. She also wanted to focus on providing Invisalign.

In marketing her, we decided to leverage her extraordinarily strong reviews profile—41 5-star Yelp reviews, 48 5-star Facebook reviews, and 65 5-star Google reviews. We found a snappy quote from one of her patients that we used for the headline. So far, a month after launch, they report that the website is achieving its objective helping them get off insurance dependence, and they’re getting nice compliments about it from patients.
