Burba Dental Partners is a father-and-son practice in Salem, Massachusetts. Dr. Stanley Burba, the father, has an interest in prosthodontics, and he is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. He founded the practice in 1968. Dr. Randy Burba is interested in aesthetics, and he is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a past member of the Board of Directors of that organization, and a past president of the New England Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

They came to us in 2011. When we took over their website from a competitor, it was getting about 200 unique visitors a month. We have increased that to about 2500 unique visitors a month. We have gained them a #1 ranking for Salem MA cosmetic dentist, and brought them about 10-15 new patient calls per month from the website.

In 2016, they decided to let us upgrade their design. They had a dated, very ordinary-looking design for years. With the new design, they noticed an immediate increase in both the number and quality of the patients who were calling—more smile makeovers and high-end cases. Since then, their numbers of new patients have continued to increase, and they have added an associate.

With the re-design, we needed a new branding slogan. With the practice having been around for almost 50 years, they have many long-term patients. In some cases, the same family has been patients for three generations. Knowing that, we developed the branding slogan for them, “Dentistry that stands the test of time,” with the added subhead, “We’ve been delivering quality dental care for two generations. We know how to do dentistry that lasts.” That theme is carried throughout the home page and into the rest of the website and seems to be working very well for them.
