History

Here are some of the happenings at Infinity Dental Web. For more detail about what is happening, cleck our blog.

December 2011: We roll out the beta version of a mobile website design. We have implemented mobile compatibility in some of our designs up until now, but we are taking that a step further with what we are calling "mobile optimized" sites. We have been studying search and browsing behavior on smartphones, and are modifying the design of these mobile sites to cater to those behaviors. Mobile optimized sites are only going to become more important as time goes on.

September 2011: We add another position at the home office, a technical assistant, with plans to add a further technical assistant in a couple of months.

May 2011: We add an Assistant Director of Search to our staff, who will be primarily responsible for business listings and map search. In the past year we have invested quite a bit of money and resources to training in map search. We predict this part of search will only expand in coming years, and it's our intention to master these new algorithms to dominate these results, as we have dominated in the universal search results.

December 2010: We add our first Canadian client, so we are now international. We continue to build our business through word-of-mouth referrals, and in December we marked the end of our fourth complete year in business by signing a contract with a fourth-generation referral. One client referred another. That other client referred someone else, and so on, to four generations of referrals.

July 2010: We add the position of Technical Director to our staff. We now have five designers on staff and four content writers, with three other content writers in training.

March 2010: We exhibit for the third time at a meeting of the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, and for the first time at the Western Regional Dental Convention. We travel to Tampa for the ACE meeting, and exhibit locally in Phoenix for the Western Regional meeting.

February 2010: Vice President is added to our staff.

August 2009: Our operations are moved into a larger commercial location in Tempe, Arizona.

January 2009: Business Manager is added to the staff.

November 20, 2008: New, completely redesigned and expanded company website is launched.

November, 2008: Second and third designer, web engineer, and content writer are added to the staff.

September 12, 2008: New headquarters in the Phoenix area is opened.

July 2008: Christin Paty hired to be our marketing professional.

June 2008: Infinity Dental Web announces expansion and move to Phoenix area.

October 2007: www.mynewsmile.com becomes the #1 cosmetic dentistry information website, according to Alexa traffic statistics.

May 5, 2007: Our revised company website is launched

April 14, 2007: Infinity Dental Web is registered as a web development company.

January, 2007: www.mynewsmile.com, entering its 12th year, reaches one million hits per month.

November, 1995: Dr. David Hall first launches his cosmetic dentistry information website.
